To Trust or Not to Trust

School starts back up tomorrow and I'm really not that excited for it cause it means I have to wake up early for class. But other than that I'm kinda glad that I'm back, not as excited as I thought I was going to be though. These last two days back have been soo boring, except for a small reunion of friends last night. So all boringness aside, I'm hoping for alot for this new year !I hope that there is better health in my family, and more God in my life. I'm also hoping to make some more new friends, because even though I have fun with the ones Ive made here at school I cant feel as if I can completely trust them, and its not like i have a trust issue, but when you see how almost everyone talks bad about one another in a group of friends and then acts like nothing happens, that's when I know i cant say anything to anyone without it being spread around or taken as if I'm "talkin Shit" so Ill take my great moments with them and enjoy it, and Im not looking to replace them whatso ever, because that simply can not be done, though I cant trust them (and by them im mean like 1 or 2)but I need to find at least one friend here that I can put all my trust in and not have to worry about them letting everyone know exactly what (or maybe not exactly just to get drama started) I said.

Stressed much?

So I'm really disappointed in myself, Ive really been dropping the ball on things that are really important, this (blog) being one of them. I used to think to myself anytime people would talk about how it was hard to remember to blog " really its not that hard its actually really fun and takes like 5 seconds to do, just do it and don't be lazy " but lately Ive been SUCH a hypocrite! I cant hardly remember the last time i blogged, and not because i don't want to do it but i just get caught up and forget and the times i remember I'm never by a computer ! ugghhh And i have a 750 word & a 250 word essay due for a scholarship tomorrow ! And an Art project due tomorrow ( Thursday) i just need to get my priorities straightened and get back on track with things ! and man i CAN NOT WAIT FOR THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS BREAK !!!!and yes i did just really take the time to made every other letter green.

Week Six ( the Freshman Experience)

So the Glass Bottom boat tour was really cool and fun, I really liked the fact that we could see where the spring was coming from with all the little bubbles at the bottom. And it was totally awesome when he brought up the whole " mermaid" and pig swimming because i totally remember seeing that when i was little so that was cool. Well I'm really excited that we don't have class tomorrow morning but I'm not excited for the river clean up exactly, I mean I Love helping out the environment and doing cleanups and all that but not exactly at 9 in the morning, and question do we really have to get in the river or is it more of a clean around the river and the park cleanup ?? Well see y'all Saturday!!!

Week Five (The Freshman Experience)

So the library thing was cool I guess, I definitely learned a lot even though I thought I was going to fall asleep at any second which the low lighting didn't really help at all. But I'm pretty stocked for this boat thing I've always wanted to go on those glass bottom boats. But besides seminar class I'm suuuper stressed right now, I've got 3 work sheets for math I have to do for tomorrow, and I need to go online to take a math quiz, oh and by the way I suck pretty hardcore at math that's why its all so pretty stressful then I need to finish writing my experiential and hope I can figure out how to put it in the drop box, oh and apparently I have to have a book read for my next history exam, and I'm a super slow reader, ughhhhh it kinda all just hit me at once. But I am super excited that I'm going home this weekend since I haven't been able to go home since Ive gotten up here so I'm pumped to see all of my friends, and i get to go to our biggest game of the season so YAAY!

Week Four (The Freshman Experience)

So I really like how our student body president took the time at 9:30 in the morning to talk to us about getting involved in an organization. Im still not sure what i want to do yet, and I kind of feel like im a little late because everyone has already had a few meetings making me feel like an outsider rather than coming to the first meeting and in the same boat as everyone else. So im not quite sure if im still going to find one to get in to. Well I still want to find that Invisible Childrens group but I guess i just have to talk to Kelly, anyways talk to yall tomorrow !!!!!!!!

Week Three: The Hug Day After Math(The Freshman Experience)

Oh My GOODNESS!! I really think that Free Hug Day was a SUCCESS!! To start off while I was on my way out of my dorm this guy just stopped in the middle of the hallway and opened his arms and starred at me, and for a couple of seconds I forgot I had just put on my "Free Hugs" shirt then snapped and was like "ooh!" and gave him a big hug ! and then of course went out to give MORE Free Hugs ! Which then I had a mix of crazy enthusiastic hugs, to people giving me some really wierd looks, and some dirty ones (cough, cough Frat boys >:( , not like anyone was really going to come over to yall anyways )they needed the hugs the most CLEARLY lol! But anyways what I found to be the most heart warming was even though some people didn't want hugs you could tell it brightened there day just to see us doing that, I would watch people as they walked a way and right when they thought no one could really see them they would let the tiniest smile crawl on to there face ! And it was just so great to hear people say "thank you !" and know that they genuinely meant it ! Oh and one of my favorite people had to be that one man who was like "call me sugar bear" which was pretty creepy but i knew it wasn't meant that way since he was telling our entire class that. And today I'm pretty sure Kirsten and I had probably the best time because we stayed there for a good ten fifteen minutes after everyone left giving more hugs !! But the Highlight of my day was after my math class, I was feeling really tired and kinda bummed when this other guy in my dorm stopped me on my way in and said " I need a hug !, I haven't had a hug all DAY !!" and he gave me a big hug which hopefully made his day, because it really made mine, even though I had been giving them all morning it wasn't til that afternoon that I needed one, it couldn't have been any better timing !Oh and I'm really nervous about the whole Hurricane Ike thing because my home town of La Porte which is right in between Houston & Galveston is pretty much guaranteed to get hit, hard.so I'm praying that all my friends and my home ( which still has my room with all my stuff ) is safe!!!
